We kindly ask you to read carefully the terms and conditions before ordering any products from our website and point out that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We warranty to you that any Product(s) bought from our site are of good and satisfactory quality and fit for all purposes for which products of the same kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of our breaking this agreement is only limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) bought from us.

 

If an order is placed by you for delivery outside the United Kingdom, the Product(s) may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes or levies as the case may be and we inform you that we have no control over the amount of such charges that may be levied. If you are in doubt of any customs charges applicable or any import restriction in your country, please contact the relevant authorities in your country as we will not be liable for any breach by you of your country's applicable laws and regulations.

 

Under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, you have the full right to cancel your order within 7 days of the receipt of the goods by you. Kindly refer to our policy on returns for further details.

 

Payment must be received in full plus the delivery charges for the Product(s) advertised before we can accept your order. We have the right to refuse or accept your order and can restrict the number of Product(s) that you are able to order. In the event that you provide us with an email address, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address provided. We can also send you an email confirmation that the Product(s) has been dispatched to the delivery address provided. It should be noted that we both have a binding contract only when your orders are accepted by us. All orders received are subject to availability of the Product(s) ordered.

Our policy of "what you see is what you get" remains fully in force for our all displayed Drinking Horns and for some selected Product(s) advertised on our website.

For situation beyond our control where Products ordered are not unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible offering you a similar or an alternative Product(s) of the same description. In the even that our offered Products is not acceptable by you, we will refund all monies paid for the ordered Product(s) in full to you.

Prices of all displayed Products are binding on us until new prices are published on our website. Delivery charges where applicable are displayed alongside all the Products we advertised. We endeavor to ensure prices of Products advertised are as accurately as possible; however, mistake on pricing can sometimes occur and we are not obligated to complete the orders when such pricing mistake occurs. In the event that you have already ordered the product, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you an option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and give you a full refund for all monies paid to us regarding the order.

 

Most deliveries will be made using the Royal Mail Recorded Service, however long items some bulky or heavy items e.g. items over 2kg, will be sent by courier service – UPS, DHL or any other courier services.

Next day delivery requires orders are also available and will be calculated by the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout?

Sometimes things can go wrong even with the best courier or postal services in the world, and in the unlikely event that goods dispatched to your address should be lost in transit; we will send you a replacement product when you notify us, or give you a full refund where items bought are sold out. Please note that goods cannot be regarded as lost in transit until 10 working days after dispatch (UK/EU) and 21 working days for other part of the world.

 

We are committed at Horn craft to providing you our customers with the highest quality products at all times, however, should any of our products not meet with your requirement and expectations, and you have the right to replacement or a full refund from us.

 

  • You must take good care of the goods purchased and must not use them.
  • Goods must be returned to us within 7 working days after they are received in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, quoting your order reference or invoice number.
  • Replacement will be dispatched upon receipt of the returns from you and we request that you kindly retain proof of postage ensuring that the goods be adequately insured during the return journey to us. Under these circumstances, we are unable to refund postage costs incurred.
  • Full refund will be made within 30 days thereafter.

The above conditions notwithstanding, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are delivered to you and must send a written cancellation notice either by post or email whichever one is quicker.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
